At present the lodge is the only commercial accommodation centrally positioned on the 175-ha portion of this reserve. According to the Conservancy Agreement, there are provisions for other reserve members to develop their respective properties into commercial operations.

The sale includes the 175-ha property and lodge lock stock and barrel and is sold as a going concern. Annual Financials are up-to-date and available for serious buyers.

The Lodge comprises of a main lodge area with a dining area, patio, sunset deck, boma, double braai area, lounge, serviced by a commercial kitchen. Other rooms include an office, laundry, store rooms with a butchery and cold room area. There is a small conference room ideal for team or family breakaways. There are 3 single-room staff units as well as a 2-bedroom manager''s house. Guest Accommodation can sleep up to 44 pax with each of the eight Tented Suites sleeping a maximum of 4. The lodge has full traversing rights over the 2615ha with a good road network and an existing relationship with Addo Wildlife which conducts tours into Addo National Park for the lodge guests.
