20 ha Farm in Lidgetton

Expansive north-facing views, lush grazing pastures and a tree-lined driveway set the scene on this 20-hectare smallholding in Buffelsbosch, Lidgetton.

The land suits horses, cattle, sheep or chickens, or simply the space and freedom of life in the Midlands.

The existing homestead is older and needs considerable work. You could renovate it and give it a new lease on life, or build afresh to make the most of the setting. A swimming pool overlooks the surrounding countryside.

Situated on the Midlands Meander, the property is about 15 minutes from Howick, with Midmar Dam and the R103 close by. It offers plenty of scope for anyone wanting land, animals or the chance to create their own Midlands home.
