Greenhouses and packhouse. The property produced various vegetable crops in greenhouses as well as open land until recently. Produce have been packed in an enormous cooled packhouse and dispatched to various markets from there.

Land use:

Eleven hectares are equipped for irrigation, greenhouses included. Approximately five hectares are covered with natural bush, with the balance being roads, buildings and other infrastructure.

The packhouse:

The complex consists of a covered receiving area, receiving cold room, preparation area, packing hall, supplier crate area and a dispatch cold room. The entire building is refrigerated. Measurements are:

Greenhouses:

There are two greenhouses, each measuring 3 686 m². Both are in need of refurbishment.

Water source and allocation:

A pump installation on the Queens River delivers water to an earth dam, capacity 25 000 m as well as to two reservoirs, capacity 210 460 m and 185 921 m respectively. From here it is distributed to greenhouses and open fields.

A borehole provides water for domestic use.

Electricity supply:

There are two 500 Kva Eskom supply points on the property, as well as a backup generator.

All movable equipment is excluded from the sale.
