11.1 ha Farm in Strandfontein

Unique Wine Farm - Vredendal. This farm is a family legacy. Situated just above the flood plains of the Olifant''s River, a mere 30km from the West coast. The climate is very well suited for a variety of different cultivars and some of the 12 cultivars farmed here are Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Carignan.

A 100 ton capacity wine cellar produce award winning, export wines from only 15 of the produce, the balance of the crop is sold to the local co-operative cellar. All grapes are handpicked and the wine is naturally fermented in oak barrels.

The farm has 11.1ha irrigation rights, and has permanent irrigation installed on the whole farm.

The farm is sold as a going concern and include the wine label with all sale and export contracts.
