This 103,1878 Ha farm (own title deed) is situated in Moose Valley, a private reserve, about 15 km from the Hamlet of Van Wyksdorp and 35 km from Ladismith. The reserve is about 4 500 Ha and game on the reserve include Gemsbok, Kudu, Springbok, Duikers Ostriches and abundant birdlife.

There is no infrastructure on the property. So you can choose where to build your dream retirement or break away home. Water is provided via a centralized pipeline and storage dams at 15 000 liters per month. You need to connect your water supply from this pipeline to yourhouse where it can be stored in your own tanks. Annual levies are R8 000-00 per annum.

You have 2 Ha exclusive use to build your house and where nobody else have access to. Dogs can be kept if the are in contained within this 2 Ha. No cats allowed. No hunting, business or farming activities are allowed.
