815 ha Farm in Bethlehem Central

This farm, with a convenient farmhouse and two flatlets and a separate office with ample storage facilities, is located in a high potential production area with good arable lands and good quality natural grazing with abundant water supply.

Maize 7 t/ha

Soybeans 2 t/ha

Sunflower 1.8t/ha

The natural grazing is divided in 6 camps with water supplied from 6 earth dams, 1 cement dam and 2 boreholes equipped with submersible pumps.

Cattle and sheep farming is normal practice in this area and there is a livestock handling facility on the farm.

The carrying capacity is 4 hectares per Large Stock unit (LSU)

The average rainfall in this area is 650-700mm per annum.

Power is supplied with a 3-phase solar system that is excluded from the deal, but ESKOM power supply can be connected again.
