Due to the nature of the sale and deceased/divorced/insolvent status of the original owner, the bond application MUST to be done by us, as the loan specialist we use, have dispensation to firstly process the offer without a sellers signature and just as important, to get a desktop valuation done as part of the granting process, as we cannot get an assessor in the property to complete a valuation, and also do not have the sellers signature thus any other originator / internal channel at a Branch of a Bank will not be able to complete the application as they need a fully signed otp with Purchaser and Seller signature.
