1900''S, is up for sale to the farmer who wishes to run a diverse country

business.

The mostly Hutton soils are fed by an annual rainfall averaging 1200 millimetres

per annum, supporting the flowing:

140 hectares of plantations under Pine 60 hectares and Gum 80

hectare in rotation

80 hectares of dryland 3- way mix - Smuts finger, Eragrostis & Fescue

17 hectares of Eragrostis hay

70 hectares of Kikuyu

The water is gravity fed from a perennial spring to the farmyard, houses, wedding venue and self-catering cottages. 20 000 litres for houses and 30 000 litres for the rest of the farmyard. The incomes are secured by contracts, except the block making and firewood contracts which will be renegotiated with existing clients.
