Retirement Complex Essenwood. A studio unit available at the Eden Gardens Retirement Complex in Essenwood.

The unit includes a room with built-in cupboards and a smaller adjacent room. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, basin, and toilet. For your comfort, the unit also has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The monthly levy covers a variety of convenient services, including:

Weekly changes of bed linen and towels, along with daily bed making.

Daily servicing of bathrooms and toilets.

No additional charges for electricity, water, or rates.

You are welcome to bring your own kettle, toaster, microwave, and fridge.

Eden Gardens offers three daily meals served in the dining room, with menus rotating on a five-week cycle. Morning and afternoon tea are also provided daily.

For transportation, a kombi service is available for weekly trips to Musgrave Centre and Windermere Centre. Once a month, one of these trips is replaced with a visit to La Lucia Mall, and there is also a monthly trip to the Beach Cafe at North Beach. Residents can also book the kombi for personal trips at an additional charge.

For peace of mind, Eden Gardens has a 20-bed frail care unit staffed by qualified nursing personnel 24 hours a day.

Additionally, there are three guest rooms, one on each floor, available for daily rental by family and approved friends.

Please note that Eden Gardens is not affected by load shedding, as a generator automatically provides power.
