I have 5 low priced flats in a block called St Moritz, located corner of Palmer and Dr Pixley Kaseme Streets in South Beach, durban.

The block is sectional title and is currently under administration by a High Court Appointed Administator. There are some problems with the block that the court administrator is currently working on, viz: lifts are not working & water is provided only by a water port on the ground level, the Court Administator is currently working on reinstating the water piping to have water running to all units. The units themselves also need attention such as painting etc.

These units are sold at way below market price of other flats in the area, hence the low price advertised. We are looking for cash buyers or investors. Prices are negotiable between 150k(Bachelor) and 200K(Two bed unit)
