This Game Reserve is situated just North-West of the town Bela Bela in the Limpopo Province and is offered lock, stock and barrel to the market. The topography of the reserve consist of approximately 15 being mountainous with the rest of the reserve being flat to flowing with lovely platos and valleys boasting typical Sourish Mixed Bushveld of the Waterberg Biosphere.

The architect designed main residenceowners house consist of 5 En-suite bedrooms, three lounges, modern kitchen, dining room, 2 studies, 4 garages, lovely swimming pool, heli-pad and hanger, all nestled in extensive gardens. Large windows and glass doors bathe interiors with natural light and offers unencumbered views of game roaming about. TLC required.

There are four soil dams stocked with fish, naturally fed by perennial streamsrivers, 5 equipped boreholes and power to the reserve is supplied by Eskom through three power points and a 25KVA back-up generator. The reserve is game fenced with energized electric fencing and strategic CCTV cameras on the border. Four breeding camps has been planted with Buffalo grasses.

Game include, amongst many others, Buffalo, Giraffe, Impala, Golden Wildebeest, Kudu, Njala, Sable Antelope, Roan, Zebra, Waterbuck, blesbuck, Bushbuck, Mountain Reedbuck, Warthog and so forth. Game numbers will be made available to serious, qualified buyers upon request.
