Water: Two equipped boreholes supply clean Waterberg water, purified by nature and ready for human consumption. The water is pumped into a JoJo tank from where the water is gravity fed to the facilities and water troughs.

Climate: The Waterberg Vaalwater area has a unique climate - somewhere between sub tropic and lowveld bushveld.

Fencing: This farm is fully game fenced well according to the requirements of the Department of Nature Conservation. Outer perimeter fence is 2.4m, 21 strand game fencing. Eight breeding camps with 2,4m fencing. P3 Exemption from DEA. The main house and chalets are game fenced to keep the game from destroying the gardens.

1 x 3ha Breeding Camp for smaller game with water troughs and shelters. 6 x 1ha Sable Bull Camps in rotation to optimize grazing and management. 1 x 50 ha Breeding Camp. The rest of the farm is open to the roaming of plains game.
