Step through the front door into a spacious lounge with soaring thatched ceilings and exposed brick walls. Sliding doors open directly onto a private enclosed courtyard, where a sparkling pool and a wooden-clad jacuzzi await under its own cover. The lounge flows open-plan into the dining room long solid wood table, seats a proper crowd and onward to a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove, and a dedicated scullery and laundry tucked neatly away. A back door leads to staff facilities and a double garage.

Step down from the kitchen into the fully enclosed thatched lapa: ceiling fan overhead, built-in braai and wash basin at the ready. This is where the real memories get made.

The master en-suite is a bush love letter warm brick walls, rich drapes, air-conditioning, generous built-in cupboards, and a romantic corner bath that deserves its own mention. A guest bedroom with twin beds and ample cupboard space is served by a separate bathroom with both bath and shower, plus a dedicated guest loo.

The wooden staircase leads to two further guest suites, each with large built-in cupboards. One suite opens directly onto a treetop lookout deck morning coffee, bird calls, bush canopy as far as the eye can see.
