Year-Round Comfort

Underfloor heating keeps the home warm through Kimberley''s winters, while air conditioning and water coolers handle the summer heat.

Entertaining

Entertainment rooms and large open living spaces give the family room to host. The heated swimming pool, with pumps already installed, can be used well beyond the summer months.

A double garage, carports and shade ports provide secure, covered parking for several vehicles, and dedicated storage facilities keep tools and equipment out of the living areas.
