On the border of the Northern and Western Cape, among Kudus Mountains, ravines, and rivers, lies the tranquillity of the Karoo. Two streams meet here, and the Kareekloof River rises on the farm before flowing into the Tankwa River.

This unique farm extends over 1 859.88 hectares of mountains, valleys and open plains.

Farm roads have already been laid out to provide access to the mountain sections and camps, and the current owner is in the process of building an improved mountain road for quicker access from the farmhouse.

The farm consists of 8 camps and 3 windmills supplying water to livestock:

Two large mountain camps share one windmill, strategically hidden between the mountains where beautiful picnic or braai spots can be developed.

The second windmill supplies water to another 2 camps.

The third windmill is situated near the farmhouse and supplies water to the house as well as the smaller house camps.

The river camp has no windmill, as water is continuously available for livestock during the winter months.

There is a corrugated iron shed with a wooden floor currently used for sheep shearing. Beautiful old stone walls around the house are utilised as kraals and add to the character and history of the farm.

Natural wildlife, including kudu, grey rhebok, duiker, steenbok, klipspringer, and other Karoo species, flourish in this environment, sustained by the rivers and abundant water.

The topography mainly consists of high mountain slopes, hills, secluded valleys and plateaus.

Skaapvygie which produces the most beautiful purple flowers during October and November

Where the two rivers meet south of the house, a small dam wall can be constructed to create a large earth dam for water storage. The stored water can be utilised for irrigation purposes, including the production of grazing or own seed.
