Due to the large mountain catchment area, and water rights from the Olifantsdoorn Water Scheme, the farm has ample available water that is stored in 5 dams.
Three boreholes yield water of very good quality at:
9000 liters/hour (equipped with solar pump),
37 000 litres/hour and
45 000 litres/hour
Water test results are available.
Irrigation is done by drip - or micro irrigation.
The presently stored water available is sufficient to expand plantings to about 60 ha.

Boutique Wine Cellar and Trade Mark
The farm has its own boutique wine cellar and equipment. While it currently is inactive, this can be redeveloped into a bigger brand under the owners lable. The boutique wine trademark, as well as the shares in McGregor Cellar, are included in the sale.
