359 m² Land available in Bothasig

Like hen''s teeth! Last vacant erf in Bothasig Edgemead Panorama. Sole and Exclusive mandate! I''ve dug up a piece of gold for the person who wants to design their own piece of paradise in the established township of Bothasig, Milnerton. With a nature conservation area on the other side of the road, you will have a permanent view over Table Mountain, which makes this property priceless!

There are a few conditions, though. As the erf is just 9.5 meters wide and 37.78 meters deep long, and a double-storey is prohibited by the title deed, you will have to build a house of a maximum of 180 m², which is ample in my book. At the moment, the property has lots of trees and vegetation, so you can still choose which to remove and which to keep. Call me now for an appointment to view.
