The unit is managed by The Island Club Hotel Management Company. The hotel is responsible for the operation of the suite, guest bookings, administration, housekeeping, and day-to-day management.
Owners receive income generated through the hotels rental program and are paid on a quarterly basis. Rates and levies are deducted before distributions are made to the owner.
