These 1 bedroom apartments have been designed specifically for the ages 65 and over that are in need of some medical care and assistance. Various levels of care options will be made available. The centre will also include 18 frail care beds for full time medical care.

Retirees will enjoy carefree living with low-maintenance in a secure, modern environment with on-site medical support, including a dedicated nurses hub and frail care facilities. Occupants must be ages 65 and buyers can choose between Sectional title ownership or Life right. A minimum compulsory levy is applicable which includes 15 meals, cleaning, laundry, access to medical care and assistance, water, external building maintenance and insurance, maintenance of communal areas and gardens.

Units are sold off plan with a standard schedule of finishes for completion. Price includes VAT so no transfer duty payable.
