The farm is served by a lei-water furrow from the Korentepoort dam irrigation system served by a water bailiff twice daily.

There is a canal servitude over the property. The water is received at a about 30m head and thus all gravity irrigated.

The reticulation is underground. All the pastures are pressure irrigated.
