The Event: This is a non-distressed luxury auction conducted via Zoom. Registered bidders will receive their unique access link and credentials in the week leading up to the event.

Auction Terms:

No Buyers Commission: 0 commission is payable by the purchaser on the auction day.

Opening Bid:

Reserve Price: The sale is subject to a non-disclosed reserve price. The Auctioneer and Seller reserve the right to bid up to the reserve price CPA Section 45.

Compliance: The highest bid is subject to a 3-business-day confirmation period by the Seller.

Reports: All property reports and disclosures are available upon request prior to the event.
