Opposite the pool next to the garage is a guest suite with queen size bed with en-suite bathroom. Above the garage is a spacious entertainment lounge with extra TV, Bar and table tennis tables. Additional accommodation can be made available in this area.

Upstairs in the main house are three spacious bedrooms with double/ king beds, that open onto a shared balcony overlooking the canal. The main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have bathrooms but these are not en suite.

The front yard is fenced. Use of the jetty is permitted.
