This 6-bedroom, 4 bathroom home has a dual level design with the upper area holding the spacious integrated living area that encompasses a lounge, dining area, kitchen and an indoor braai. This elevated living area leads out onto a slightly covered verandah area that offers spectacular coastline and ocean views. There is also a braai on the outdoor balcony. The kitchen is well fitted and includes a fridge, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher and a separate scullery.

Two bedrooms are also positioned upstairs - one being the main bedroom with a queen bed and a full en suite bathroom. This master bedroom enjoys sea views and leads out a glass enclosed balcony area. Bedroom Two also has a double bed and use of a bathroom offering a shower, basin and toilet.
