The layout holds a split-level entry area to the home with the upper level holding all the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private study area, air-conditioning and TV, outdoor access with full canal views and a full en suite bathroom. Bedroom two has an en suite shower bathroom and bedrooms three and four are also en suite. The fifth bedroom functions as a kiddies or teen room with four beds and a sleeper couch plus a kitchenette area. There is also an upper-level lounge area.
