Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms main en-suite as well as an area that could be used as office spacesleeping area for an extra guest.

Beautiful sea view from the main bedroom, which also has its own well-sized, tiled balcony.

A separate garden cottage consists of a large bedroom fifth and en-suite with a shower. Plenty of space to add a sleeper couch or arrange comfortable sofas.

There is a tranquil, shaded enclave under the milkwoods to chill and read, and escape the heat of the midday sun.

The single garage, with direct access into the house, is tiled and can be used as a sixth bedroom when extra family comes to stay. Fully enclosed, alarm, outside shower, and a rainwater tank.
