This fully furnished two-bedroom apartment is available for short- and medium-term stays, with a minimum rental period of one month, payable upfront. The apartment is serviced weekly, including the replacement of clean linen and towels. It accommodates a maximum of two adults and two children. Rates can be negotiated based on smaller groups. Identification and references are required as a once-off for access to the security system. Electricity is for the tenants'' account and can be purchased on pre-paid basis.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, oven, stove, and microwave. For entertainment, the TV is equipped with Google TV, allowing access to Netflix and other streaming platforms subscriptions not included. High-speed fibre internet with uncapped Wi-Fi is also provided, ensuring seamless connectivity throughout your stay.
