Secure parking under cover for one car and there is separate security in the cottage. The property is fully walled and we subscribe to a security company.

A fibre-to-the-home high-speed internet connection is available. We have solar power supplying hot water, included in the rent. Electricity is separately monitored.

Sixth Avenue is close to the Rosebank, Sandton, Randburg and Johannesburg business areas and to the Rosebank Gautrain station. Parktown Quarter includes Woolies, Clicks and some excellent restaurants are within walking distance.

Unfortunately, we can't take pets as there are dogs on the property. There is a strict no-smoking policy inside and outside the cottage.

The accommodation would suit a single, mature professional, student, retiree or pensioner.
