The cottage also has 3 furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Rentals start from R4,999 per room. The accommodation is excellent for a safe home away from home for a student that would like to occupy one of the bedrooms and does not mind sharing a home. The walking distance to the locations mentioned above is a bonus to avoid the added cost of public transport. The garden is beautifully manicured and has a pool. We have a big lounge and a large size kitchen with loads of cupboard space. The rental per room includes water. Only 1 person may occupy each room. Free Unlimited wifi is available. The shared spaces are cleaned weekly but the personal spaces are the responsibility of the occupant. A deposit of 1 month's rental is required.
