We are a family looking for a single person to replace our existing tenant who is relocating.

Unfortunately only single people will be considered. No couples will be considered.

We have a very good living environment and expect the same for our tenants.

This flat has an open plan kitchen and lounge and has just been completely redone.

The bedroom and bathroom are both separate and the total area is 42m square.

Plenty of cupboard space, with large living area looking onto a little garden.

Secure parking and uncapped wireless internet is also included.

Lights and water is included and we are completely off grid!

Our property is very central and is close to Craighall, Sandton, Cresta, Rivonia.

Other areas close by include Fourways, Rosebank and Linden.

Regret, no animals are permitted as we already have our quota of cats and dogs.
