Both houses are painted in a creative light grey colour to inspire the students decorative abilities in their rooms. Rooms are unfurnished.

Rooms vary between bigger and spacious, to cozier and more affordable. Each house has a modern kitchen with the basics for your convenience. A stove-oven, fridge and plenty of cupboard space are supplied.

Students can use their influence on mom and dad to supply them with a microwave, airfryer, cutlery and crockery.

The houses can also be split to accommodate students in one house and young working professionals in another.

House one has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and a lounge.

House two offers 6 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms, a full kitchen and a lounge.

Students will only share with fellow students, to make sure they are safe and exam times are taken seriously.

Parking is a bit limited, but 7 cars can comfortably be parked inside the safe perimeters.

Rent is as advertised and each room will pay a utility fee of R650 per month. This is a set amount for water, wifi, electricity and cleaning.

However, if the allocated amount for electricity is depleted, and SOLAR power alone are not sufficient, they might have to top up the pre-paid meters.
