This is an understated house with generously sized furnished bedrooms for people in every stage of life.

We offer rooms in the house where only two people share a bathroom, and only 5 people share the laid back kitchen offering the following:

Fridge, stove-oven, washing machine, microwave, and abundant space.

Also in the house is a room with space on a grand scale. This room can be shared or the room can be occupied by one person who needs the space for projects and big desks. Or if you just enjoy space.

Outside we have two rooms. The one outside room offers you privacy, but not necessarily space. It has a basin with a 2 plate stove, built-in cupboards and a lovely en-suite bathroom.

The second room offers more space and has the feel of a full bachelor flat. You still need to bring your own fridge, and utensils, but everything is there and a bit more spacious.

With all this we included R500 electricity per person, water and wifi. Wifi is being upgraded as we speak.

All rooms can be rented with a bed, desk and chair..or you are welcome to bring your own.

We offer contracts from now until 31 December 31 January OR full 6 of 12 month contracts. You choose.
