Cockleshell 6 is a beach front, free-standing home set in a secluded private complex, in a gated security controlled area in Westbrook., 10km south of Ballito.

Includes: Fibre, water tank, pump, inverter and solar for the house excluding stove, geyser, hair dryers and aircon. There are 5 double bedrooms. The main bedroom is en-suite and the other 4 double bedrooms share 2 bathrooms. 2 King beds, 1 Queen beds and 4 single beds. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with gas HOB. Double lock up garage. There is a Smart TV in the lounge, guests to use own login DSTV or Netflix, etc. Linen is provided but bring your own beach towels. Aircon in living area. There is a small safe available.

Washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.

The complex has a security gate at the entrance and locked gate onto the beautiful beach to which only residents have access. Parking is available for 4 vehicles only, including a trailer. The complex also has a communal swimming pool area.

We do not accept bookings for unaccompanied under 25''s.

Daily clean can be arranged with housekeeper at an extra cost.
