No aircon. The flat is shaded by awnings, and does not get hot in summer despite facing west.

Curtains also help shield the room from direct light.

Located below owner's house with separate side entrance.

Overall, a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

All windows are burglar-barred on the inside.

Alarm remote control.

External motion sensor can be switched on while indoors interior LED at front door will light up.
