The landlord would like to meet the pets first. The landlord lives in the granny flat with 2 small dogs but is away a lot. Ideally your pets should be socialised and get along with these 2 small dogs. Sections can be fenced off if needed, for pets or for privacy.

Security beams around the house can be connected to armed response armed response at your own expense.

There is a solar geyser which feeds the main geyser, and helps keep the power usage low.

There are two large Jojo tanks on the property for those no water in Westville days. They feed the whole house.

The house can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Washing machine and dishwasher can be included.

Gardener once a week is included but you are welcome to do some gardening yourself if you enjoy it - there are lots of beautiful indigenous plants on the property.

NOTE:

The driveway is steep and not for the faint-hearted.

There is also a flight of steps from the driveway down to the front door. You stop noticing them pretty quickly. And steps are knows to add years to your life, so don't let that be a deterrent.
