Ithaca 18 is an open-plan studio bachelor''s unit, that can accommodate up to 2 guests, the open area contains a double bed 2 chairs, and TV, and a ceiling fan. Guests need to bring their own standard DStv decoder, card, and connection cables. The bathroom contains a shower-over-bath, a toilet, and a wash basin. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

The Ithaca complex offers a communal swimming pool, braai facilities, and a jungle gym for kids. Secure parking is provided on-site.
