The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The bathroom contains a bath, a shower, a toilet, and a wash basin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is a 5-seater breakfast bar with stools. The lounge area contains a ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV with an Open view decoder. Guest need to bring their own standard DSTV decoder and connection cables should they want DSTV channels.

The Chesapeake Bay complex has a communal swimming pool, a childrens jungle gym, a tennis court, and communal braai stands. Secure parking is provided on-site.
