Balooga 7 is a self-catering holiday apartment located in the secure Balooga complex in Margate and offers great sea views. The complex has a gate that offers access down to the beach at Lawrence Rocks, 20 m away. The main Margate beach is approximately 200 m away.

The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The third and fourth bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer are provided, and there is also a breakfast bar with stools. The living area is air-conditioned and contains a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV. The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area which has an outdoor patio set and a gas braai.

An allocated parking bay is available for this unit. Additional visitor parking is available on a first come first serve basis. The Balooga complex has a communal swimming pool.
