Summer Place 12 is a furnished self-catering apartment located in the secure Summer Place complex in Shelly Beach. The complex offers direct access to the beach, as well as a communal swimming pool and secure on-site parking and is close to the boat club.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed, a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin, , and has a door opening to the balcony. The second and third bedroom contains 2 single beds each. These 2 rooms share a bathroom , a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The lounge features a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV, with WIFI, Netfilx and Prime TV and a limited DSTV packet, guest can have their own log in deatils handy for more streaming platfoms , and opens to a large covered balcony with outdoor dining furniture and views over the swimming pool and the ocean.

This is a nice family unit, no parties are allowed and strict rules apply. Minimum of 3 nights required.
