Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Remax. Fees are based on the notice period:

More than 3 months before arrival: 25 of rental

23 months before arrival: 30 of rental

12 months before arrival: 50 of rental

7 days to 1 month before arrival: 75 of rental

Less than 7 days before arrival: 100 of rental

The landlord reserves the right to re-rent the property after cancellation. No refunds for early departures.
