Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following charges apply based on the notice period:

- More than 3 months prior to arrival 25% of rental amount

- 2 to 3 months prior 30%

- 1 to 2 months prior 50%

- 7 days to 1 month prior 75%

- Less than 7 days 100% of rental

The landlord reserves the right to re-let the property after cancellation. Please note: no refunds will be issued for early departures.
