All viewings are subject to pre-qualification. Applicants must have a net monthly income of at least three times the rental amount to meet our affordability requirements.

Pre-qualification is completed through Preferental, an independent credit and tenant screening platform, at a non-refundable fee of R275. This covers the credit and affordability assessment, regardless of the outcome or whether a viewing takes place.

Where there is more than one applicant, only the main applicant the person with the highest income needs to complete the initial pre-qualification for viewing purposes.

Once a lease is concluded, any additional parties to the lease will be required to complete a TPN credit check at R130 per person.

For company leases where the Preferental check was completed on an individual rather than the company, a TPN business credit check is required at R500 per business, plus R50 per additional director for the rent check, payable by the tenant.
