The apartment features a compact dining space, ideal for gatherings with family or friends. There is one bedroom and a bathroom equipped with a shower, basin, and toilet. All furniture shown in the photos will remain in the apartment.

Residents have access to a private garden area, separate from the main house, along with one secure parking bay.

Pets are unfortunately not permitted.

The apartment comes with pre-paid electricity, and WRS charges will be invoiced monthly. Fibre connectivity is available, making it easy to get online.
