The kitchen is fitted with a stove, hob, and ample cupboard space. There is also a small kitchenette area that can accommodate a table for breakfast or dinner.

The apartment features a spacious open area with additional cupboard space, which can be used as either a bedroom or living area. Downstairs, there is a second area that may also be used as a living space.

Sliding doors open onto a balcony where you can relax with your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. The tenant will have access to the pool and garden, except for the 90 days per year when the owner occupies the main house.

The apartment includes a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet, as well as a single garage.

Regrettably NO pets are allowed.

The apartment has pre-paid electricity and WRS is divided on the municipal account. An alarm and beams are included in the rental. The curtains in the apartment will stay in the unit for the tenant to use.
