A separate studio flatlet with its own kitchenette and en-suite bathroom is ideal for grandparents, older teens, a nanny or guests who want their own space.

Living is easy and relaxed: a welcoming entrance hall leads to a lounge with fireplace, a dining room and a dedicated cinema room, perfect for movie nights with the family. The kitchen comes with a scullery and laundry. Doors open onto the patio, deck and balcony, overlooking the garden and pool, with a jacuzzi and built-in braai for long summer evenings.
