The kitchen has a gas hob and boasts large windows creating a bright and light space. There is a sunny study off the lounge area. Also on this level is another double bedroom with a shared bathroom. Up a few stairs leads you to a fabulous TV // games room with plenty of space to just chill after a busy day spent on the beach. There is another double bedroom with ensuite shower on this level plus an outdoor shower if you come off the beach a bit sandy. Double automated garage with direct access to the house also offers the laundry area, plus two off street parking bays behind an electric gate. At the front of the house is a large pool and paved entertainment area with outside seating and further down the garden are two level lawns for the kids to kick a soccer or rugby ball about.
