The space

The cottage is a newly built standalone unit at the bottom of our property in Hout bay in a beautiful and secure eco estate. It is completely separate and private from the main house which is not visible from the cottage.

There is a lovely big patio with outside lounge, dining table, and a braai for guests to enjoy the views. The patio is fully enclosed and has its own little garden for guests to enjoy.

Inside is an open plan loungedining room and kitchen with beautiful high ceilings and sky light. Stacking doors allow a flow into the patio, creating a wonderful entertainment area. The kitchen has a gas stove and electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge, and a washing machine.

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and amazing Mountain views. Bedroom 1 has a king bed that can also be made up into two single beds if guests prefer. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.

There is off-street parking for one large car, or two small cars.
