For self-employed applicants or those earning commission, the required

deposit is R27 400.00

Administration fee: R1 200.00 if application is approved.

The deposit is payable within 24 hours of signing the lease agreement.

Documentation

Certified copy of ID of all persons older than 18 years that will occupy the rental.

Proof of current address other than banks statements.

Non-South African citizens: A valid passport or visa, valid for at least 24 months from the application date.

SARS compliance documentation may be requested.
