Garden cottage offers a sunny north facing aspect and a very private undercover wooden deck with lovely mountain views. It has one bedroom, open-plan lounge and kitchen area. The lounge has a gorgeous bay window that gets afternoon sun and sunset views.

The bathroom has a shower. There is a cost saving solar water geyser and the kitchen is plumbed for a washing machine. The cottage is unfurnished and you will need all your own appliances.

There are built-in cupboards throughout.

The cottage is entirely separated from the main house, with its own driveway and entrance and off-street parking, fenced off for privacy.

This is a quiet area, closer to nature than most. Welcome Glen is situated above Glencairn which lies between Fish Hoek and Simon's Town. It is a short distance from local shops and the Glencairn hotel. Harbour Bay mall is nearby. Glencairn beach is down the road and an expressway over the mountain or main route to Fish Hoek and beyond is easily accessible.

Regret no pets or children, will suit a single person.

The rental includes fibre internet shared with the main house via a booster, but excludes electricity and water, the cottage is fitted with its own meters for both electricity and water and is costed separately on top of rent.

Cottage will be available from 1 November 2026, but can wait until December for the right tenant.
