Mesh Wifi network with 6030Mb speed is uncapped and included in the rental. Reasonable water usage is also included. The property has a large solar array and inverterbattery setup so electricity is stable, safe from tariff increases and metered into the cottage. This is billed monthly alongside rental and historically has been on average 200-300 units per month.

Pets have historically been welcome in the cottage but there is a border collie in the house on the property so well socialised pets would be preferable despite the clear walled separation between house and cottage. Care for the gardengrass and overall respect for the property is a consideration when discussing pets as dogs diggingruining grass or cats exploring the wider property would be discouraged.

The cottage is semi-furnished and open to discussion. Fridge, Microwave, dishwasher built in, washing machine, dining table and coffee table would all be left in the space as they have been builtbought to custom fit. There is an option to purchase some of the furniture from the previous tenant as they are moving provinces - this can be discussed.
