100 m² Office Space in Newlands

A 100sqm office subdivision to rent in Boundary Terraces, Newlands, Cape Town, priced at R280 per sqm, which brings the monthly rental to R28,000. Positioned on the first floor at 1 Mariendahl Avenue, Newlands, the suite is available immediately, opposite Newlands Cricket Stadium and a short walk from Cavendish Square. Private offices, boardrooms, an open plan section and a kitchenette are already laid out within the space.

Light from wide windows falls across charcoal carpet tiles and white walls, while ceiling panel lighting keeps the open plan section evenly lit. Glass fronted offices line part of the floor, so managers keep sight of the team without losing privacy. Visitors arrive through a reception finished with a warm timber wall and pendant lights, and two bathrooms, air conditioning and on-site parking complete the offer.
